The day we sign your contract, we sit down with you and agree how you want to be updated: text, call or email. Most clients choose text. From there, you get regular messages with photos of progress, the plan for the next day and anything you need to know.
We don't quote until we've walked your site and understood what's really involved, including the structural, waterproofing and service-level work you can't see from the surface. That way, the fixed price in your contract holds firm. The timeline does too.
Kingston Renovations holds QBCC licence 15390639 and is a proud Master Builders Association member. Every project is covered by the QBCC Home Insurance warranty, so if anything needs addressing after handover, you have real legal protection behind you.
