Welcome to the Kangaroo Point Studio Renovation Project!
The building dates to 1961, when it operated as a motel. Its former guest rooms have since been converted into studio apartments.
Today, the apartments enjoy sweeping views of the Brisbane River and city.
Our adventure here began with just the bathroom, but our clients were so thrilled with the makeover that they couldn't resist inviting us back for more! We're talking about a brand-new custom kitchenette, dropped plaster ceiling, snazzy carpets, vinyl plank floor coverings, and more.
This original build bathroom had no storage for any items in day to day bathroom use.
Just over a tonne of material was removed from this room and kept the team warm during the winter days we worked here!
