Interior Refresh: Out with the old carpets and in with resilient vinyl planks in the Genero Glades range. These come packed with a 10-year warranty for peace of mind. A full repaint in Dulux delivered a quality, lasting finish. We added new downlights, a completely new suite of electrical switchware from the Clipsal Iconic range and new smoke alarms to bring the property up to current safety standards.
